This half-day Action Learning Coaching Workshop will introduce the concepts of Action Learning coaching, demonstrate the process, and give participants hands-on experience. Participants also will learn about the new requirements for WIAL Action Learning Coach certification.
If you are ready for a deeper understanding of Action Learning, or are considering becoming a certified coach, the two day ACTION LEARNING FOUNDATION session will take you to the next level. This session covers the six components of Action Learning and the two ground rules in detail. Participants will learn the theory behind why Action Learning works, as well as have an opportunity to experience Action Learning both as a participant and/or as a coach.
If you are ready to become a Certified Action Learning Coach, and have completed the Foundations Workshop signup for the ACTION LEARNING COACH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM. These two 2-day sessions will cover many “what-if” scenarios. Participants will be required to start an Action Learning program within an organization. Projects and discussion will center around successes and challenges faced by the coach.
If you are a Certified Action Learning Coach and would like to be able to
lead certification programs,
the
SENIOR ACTION LEARNING COACH CERTIFICATION
is the program for you. You will repeat the Foundations course and the
Action Learning Certification course - co-leading it with a Senior Action
Learning Coach. You will be responsible for all aspects of the program -
from leading the discussions, to coaching the participants on their
technique, to giving feedback on papers and other written assignments.
