Mission

The World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) and its affiliates promote global understanding and application of Action Learning in organizations through research, thought leadership, publications, conferences, workshops, coaching, certifications, and other initiatives.

WIAL achieves its mission by:

• Certifying Action Learning coaches, program managers, and Master coaches
• Sponsoring and organizing local and regional conferences to foster the development of Action Learning proficiencies and usage
• Obtaining research grants from sponsoring organizations to better understand the value and effectiveness of Action Learning
• Providing consultation and logistical support to organizations undertaking large action learning programs
