Once you become a Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC), you can enhance the power of your membership status by using the WIAL logo in your advertising. The WIAL logo is a symbol of the premier certification entity for AL. WIAL membership is a means of formalizing synergistic relationships to promote global understanding of Action Learning (AL).
