Action Learning Leader and Friend of WIAL passes away.

Dr. Robert Lex Dilworth, a pioneer and leading proponent of action learning, passed away on June 6th. The author of numerous articles on action learning, Lex brought action learning to hundreds of organizations, associations and people around the world. WIAL President, Mike Marquardt, noted: “Lex, more than any other individual, assisted and inspired me on my action learning journey. He introduced me to Reg Revans, motivated me to write articles and books on action learning, and supported WIAL whenever and however he could. He was a keynote speaker at our 2008 Action Learning Forum where everyone present could see what a giant figure in action learning that he was.”
