Shadow Coaching

Action Learning coaches who wish to receive individual feedback of their Action Learning coaching can request a one-on-one shadow coaching session. These sessions consist of a pre session brief, a session observation (maximum 3 hours), and a debriefing session. Certification for Action Learning Coaches (CALC) participants can choose a shadow coaching session as a make up for each class day that is missed. All CALC participants must attend a minimum of two of the four class days.

Refund Policy: Payments from cancelled enrollment will be applied as tuition for a future session.
