Specialized In-House Training Programs

WIAL offers customized in-house training programs to organizations in the US and internationally. WIAL will conduct "In-House" Certification for Action Learning Coaches program for your organization. The required four training days can be arranged in a number of configurations to meet the objectives of your organization. The content for these programs are basically the same as for the public programs. In addition, the program can be customized to address specific requirements and challenges. This is an excellent method for training coaches that your organization assigns to Action Learning teams, as part of leadership, team or employee development programs.

WIAL can also provide the staffing for large leadership development programs that require highly qualified and experienced Action Learning coaches. WIAL only uses experienced and certified Action Learning coaches for these programs.
