Certification for Senior Action Learning Coaches
(CSALC)

Certified Action Learning coaches who wish to lead certification programs must complete the Certification for Senior Action Learning Coaches program.

Candidates serve as co-trainers for the Foundations of Action Learning program and the Certification for Action Learning Coaches program with a Master Action Learning coach. Candidates are responsible for all aspects of the program including leading discussions, coaching participants on their technique and giving feedback on papers and other written assignments.

Who should attend:

Certified Action Learning coaches who wish to train others to become Action Learning coaches

Prerequisites:

• Certification as a WIAL Action Learning coach
• A minimum of 100 documented hours as a WIAL Action Learning coach
• A recommendation from a WIAL Master Action Learning coach

What participants learn:

• How to lead an Action Learning coaching certification class
• How to deliver the theory and content required in the CALC programs
• How to provide intensive and rich feedback to coaches-in-training
• How to demonstrate proficiency in Action Learning to participants who want to become coaches

At the end of this program, participants will:

Be certified to teach others to become certified Action Learning coaches

• Action Learning Coach certification
• Co-lead Foundations of Action Learning Workshop
• Co-lead Certification for Action Learning Coaches (CALC 1 & 2)certification classes
