WIAL's First Course in Toronto, Canada
Foundations of Action Learning Workshop

The World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) is pleased to announce the first public Foundations of Action Learning program to be held in Canada. This program provides participants with a solid understanding of the power of Action Learning. Participants have the opportunity to participate as team members, coaches, and problem presenters in Action Learning with real problems that provide actionable solutions. The course will be held in downtown Toronto on 17 and 18 February 2012. (www.wial.org)

This program is a pre-requisite for entry into WIAL's Certification for Action Learning Coaching (CALC) program. The Foundations course will cover the following topics:

Program Faculty

Chuck Appleby, Ph.D., MALC (Master Action Learning Coach), is one of the co-founders of the World Institute of Action Learning. He has designed and facilitated leadership development programs using Action Learning with government, non-profit, and industry clients.

His industry clients include: Microsoft, Manulife Financial, John Hancock, Wells Fargo, and Constellation Energy.

Chuck is the owner of Appleby and Associates, an organization development consulting firm. He is also an adjunct professor with the Human and Organizational Learning program at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
