Dr. Bea Carson, Master Action Learning Coach, will be posting “What if” scenarios on a regular basis – typically Monday morning. These are scenarios that you will likely encounter as an Action Learning coach. Comment on the post with how you would handle the situation. Coaches working toward certification are encouraged to respond to all scenarios. They are required to respond to a minimum of 5 scenarios. You are encourage to read how others would approach the scenario and incorporate what resonants with you in your response. Roughly a week after the scenario has been posted Dr. Bea will comment with how she would handle the situation. Compare your responses to the Master Coaches response to hone your skills.
