Andrea Cole

Secretary/Treasurer

As Manager of Management Development Programs for Goodwill Industries International's Leadership Institute, Andrea is responsible for assessing membership management training and development needs, developing, delivering, and monitoring new management training and development programs.

In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors, Andrea is Secretary/Treasurer for WIAL.
Andrea has a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, where she received Outstanding Accounting Student of the Year Award for 1994.

With more than 20 years in the software industry, and 10 years in government contracting, Andrea's experience includes corporate education, management, and ERP consulting for clients throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.

Andrea is active with various charitable fundraisers throughout the year. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the International Society of Performance Improvement.
